To all my followers on this blog, Happy Thanksgiving!
You might ask: What if I live in a country that doesn’t celebrate Thanksgiving? Even so, it is still a great time to count all your blessings in our life.

You might also ask: This year sucked. There is a war in Ukraine that drove up all the costs and created uncertainty in the markets; the tech sector seemed to be imploding, I got laid off (or might be), and inflation is higher than ever. Even so, it is still a great to remember what you DO that lasts forever – the love of family and friends, your character and integrity, and for all Christians, your salvation and identity in Christ.

Two weeks ago, a motorcyclist hit my car’s mirror and shattered it. It was extremely aggravating to deal with this hit and run. But to put things in perspective, if you own a car, you are automatically in the 25% of the wealthiest people in the whole world. Even if you have a beat-up Honda civic, that still counts.

Thus despite everything that has happened this year, I am still extremely grateful. Have a great rest of the weekend!
