Fish and chips


Home made fish and chips.

A white fish is pretty forgiving so you can make one or two mistakes and it will be all right. My default seasonings are:

  1. Salt & pepper
  2. Cumin or paprika
  3. A splash of lemon juice

Rub both sides down with the seasoning.

Bake in the oven for 350-375 degrees F for about 20 minutes. I found it is best if you wrap the fish in aluminium foil. It keeps the fish moist. Around 20 minutes mark, flip the fish over then continue until it’s done.

Stir fry the green beans with some garlic.

The fries are sadly from a frozen bag.

This took me about 35 minutes to make and was very good.
