A Simple Dinner

Last night, I decided to eat a simple fish dinner. Simple, as in prep, but the flavors were ommm-ommm-ommmm good.

To start, place the fish in tin-foil on pan. That keeps the moisture in.

Marinade: salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and a dash of lemon juice. If you have fresh lemons, even better.

Bake for 400F for about 10 minutes, flip the fish over, and then reduce heat to 350F and finish for another 15 minutes.

Next, baby red potatoes. Chop into bite sizes. Season with salt, pepper, and some olive oil. Bake for 400F for 45 minutes.

Steamed vegetables with carrots and broccoli. Chop, boil for 5 minutes, and season with some salt and pepper.
